The following devices are available at our lab to test compatibility of our products to international standards.
Spectral Analysis Device
A test sample is examined under optical emission spectrometry device to determine chemical composition.
Tensile Device
Tensile is the application of uniaxial force to measure the performance of a test sample up to the point of yield or breaking. The characteristics of elongation, deformation and relaxation can be observed.
Brinell Hardness Test Device
A test sample is first intented by carbidde ball under load. The diameter of intentation left in the test sample is then measured to compute Brinell hardness.
Rockwell Hardness Test Device
A test sample is first intented by hardened steel ball intenter. The intenter is then forced into the test sample to compute Rockwell hardness.
Charpy Impact Test Device
It is a standardized high strain-rate test that determines the amount of energy absorbed by a material during fracture.
Jominy Test
Jominy test is used to measure the hardenability of a steel, which is a measure of the capacity of the steel to harden in depth under a given set of conditions.
